Promoting the development of healthy and active lifestyles for students is the focus of this unique program. It supports campers in developing an appreciation for athletics, health, physical activity and lifelong wellness.
This recreational program combines in-class instruction (through workshops, videos, and health and nutrition lessons), with on the field (or in the water) experience. Students are guided and coached in various sports including, ultimate frisbee, flag football and field hockey. Soccer and Swimming while guided by professionals will be offered in a recreational model. They also have the chance to play and compete in other sports throughout their time with us.
